
Professional Development
As a pre-law chapter, our main priority is promoting our members’ professional development to help our members make educated decisions on the law school application process as well as their future legal careers. Our biweekly chapter meetings focus on broad professional development activities such as resume workshops, LSAT info sessions, and alumni/law student/lawyer guest speakers. Outside of our chapter meetings, we host more specialized topics, inviting legal professionals to speak on their careers and journeys through the legal field and often partnering with The Blue Ridge Center at UVA. We have also organized law school tour trips in Washington, D.C., Richmond, and N.Y.C. Learn more about our past opportunities below:
